I-9 Verification

I am a registered and bonded Immigration Consultant, authorized to provide assistance to individuals and businesses in completing the I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification form issued by the U.S.C.I.S.

Under California law, the only individuals who can assist with the I-9 are licensed attorneys, individuals authorized under federal law to provide immigration services, and individuals qualified and bonded as an immigration consultant under California law.

  I needed a quick I-9 verification to work with a company in Texas. Unfortunately, the company was unaware of the I-9 rule in CA that a bonded immigration attorney or consultant is required to notarize these documents. I called a number of different notaries, but either they were unqualified or charging attorney prices. Fortunately, I found Rosie.
